If a transcription does not finish, check that the video is public. For private content or a video behind sign-in, save a file to your device and use file upload. If the app shows that processing is waiting, do not upload the recording again: processing will resume when capacity is available, within the job’s lifetime. You can read an available full transcript while a summary or translation is still waiting. The service owner sets the spending ceiling for AI processing on Cloudflare.

If your account history does not appear, sign in using the same Google or Apple method and retry synchronization. Recordings created without signing in are added to the account only through a separate button. Signing out hides the library; it does not delete it from the cloud.

Briefly describe the problem and include your device model and system version. Do not send passwords or YouTube or Instagram login details.
